This is a great sandal! I am a big fan of Dansko shoes and it is my preferred footwear when I'm at work and know that I'm going to be on my feet all day. Several years ago, my husband and I took a trip to Hong Kong where we spent a week exploring the city and the shoes I chose to wear was an enclosed Dansko shoe with my custom-molded orthotics and I felt great. 

This Dansko sandal has a thick rigid sole which is protective of the foot as well as forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot strapping for better biomechanical control of the foot and the ankle. As long as the Dansko shoe has rearfoot strapping/control, they are great shoes for wearing all day depending on your foot condition.

*Mild Plantar Fasciitis

*Hallux Limitus (limited range of motion of the 1st toe joint)

*Mild to Moderate Osteoarthritis 

*Mild Rheumatoid Arthritis

*Mild Tendonitis

*Mild Achilles Tendonitis

*Mild to Moderate Hammertoes

*Mild to Moderate Bunions and Tailor's Bunions

*Mild Hypermobility 

*Mild Knee, Hip & Lower Back Pain

*Mild to Moderate Metatarsalgia

*Mild Morton's Neuroma

*Ingrown Toenails 

*Mild Calluses

This Shoe is NOT Recommended For Patients with:

*Diabetes

*Peripheral Vascular Disease (Poor Circulation)

*Peripheral Neuropathy (Nerve Damage) 

*Charcot Foot 

*History of Ulcers or Open Sores 

*Ankle Instability

*Severe Hypermobility

*The Elderly (since Dansko shoes tend to be a bit heavy)
